A leading private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and trustworthy professional with strong communication and a proactive nature. The new team member will streamline executive operations by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential tasks while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to efficiency.
Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $90,000-$100,000 + 10% target

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Support the Founding Partner as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments and calls, book travel (with assistance of travel agent), sort and send mail and packages and support other needs as required.
- Detailed itineraries and schedules must be prepared for all travel.
- Answering, transferring, and making calls as needed.
- Provide personal support, including personal travel, managing vehicles, real estate, personal insurance and other requests are included in the responsibilities.
- As time allows, provide additional assistance as a member of the team and broader executive assistant team.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Experience supporting senior executives with both business and personal matters required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook (including calendar) and Concur expense reporting required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem solving skills
- Honesty, trustworthiness and the utmost discretion
- Ability and flexibility to address urgent needs after-hours required but not a regular occurrence
