The Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Natcast's Design Enablement Gateway (DEG) and Silicon Aggregation (SiAgg) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Natcast's administrative functions, contributing to the organization's mission of advancing U.S. semiconductor capabilities.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to Natcast's VP of DEG/SiAgg, as well as other senior leaders within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the administrative operations and strategic decision-making processes of a cutting-edge organization at the forefront of the U.S. semiconductor industry.
Every day, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with the preparation of administrative materials. While primarily focused on supporting the VP, you will also have the opportunity to interact with and support others, providing you with a broad view of Natcast's operations.

Natcast is a trailblazing non-profit entity established under the CHIPS Act to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium. As a key component of the CHIPS and Science Act, Natcast is dedicated to advancing semiconductor R&D in the United States, convening government, industry, and academia to address the most challenging barriers to technological progress in the domestic semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities: - Manage the VP's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize critical issues requiring immediate attention
- Provide administrative support to other senior leaders as needed, ensuring efficient time management
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the VP
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist in the preparation for and coordination of meetings and other high-level events
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for the VP and other executives as needed
- Assist in the preparation of materials for reviews, audits, and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and follow up on action items from meetings, facilitating open communication between the DEG/SiAgg and other parts of the company
- Support special projects assigned by the VP or other executives
- Aggregate and analyze large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This includes gathering requirements, designing, implementing, and continuously improving dashboards to meet the evolving needs.
Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional experience in executive administration, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work product
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of business processes
