Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for a leading global technology client.
Title: Executive Assistant
Pay Rate: $30 - 34/hour (based on experience)
9 month Contract role
Location: Seattle, WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management and scheduling.
- Prioritize incoming information and requests, ensuring appropriate urgency and follow-through.
- Track and monitor the VP's meetings, priorities, and emails, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and related administrative tasks.
- Oversee multiple action items, documentation, and preparation to ensure timely deliverables.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Act as a point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a social and friendly work culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP, SVP, CEO level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Proven decision-making skills and ability to react with appropriate urgency.
- Professionalism in handling senior-level interactions both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a proactive mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; at least two years of college required.
