Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager of Hotel Bardo Savannah. This individual will serve as a key liaison for high-level communications, play an integral role in managing VIP guest experiences, and ensure operational alignment across both local and corporate leadership. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the right hand to the General Manager, handling daily administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Prepare executive meeting agendas, take accurate notes, and follow up on key action items.
  • Act as liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and well-informed.
  • Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and other general administrative duties with precision.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the VIP guest program, from pre-arrival planning to in-stay touches and thoughtful post-departure follow-up.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure seamless execution of personalized VIP experiences and special requests.
  • Assist in coordinating high-impact projects, brand activations, and ownership visits with discretion and efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information, including ownership communications and internal matters.
  • Track key performance metrics and guest feedback, supporting follow-through on executive priorities.
  • Personally greet and assist VIP guests on property, ensuring their experience reflects Hotel Bardo's standard of excellence and individual attention.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of executive assistant or hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a poised, service-driven approach.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite G-Suite and familiar with hospitality systems (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, Resy) is a plus.
