Encore Real Estate Advisors is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Founder, a top-producing expert in luxury real estate. This is a critical role that ensures the smooth operation of the business, enabling the Founder to focus on sales, negotiations, and high-level client relationships. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage the Lead Broker's calendar, communications, and vendor/client coordination.
Client & Transaction Management: Ensure a smooth experience for buyers and sellers from start to finish.
Marketing & Staging: Lead photography, video shoots, and luxury marketing efforts to present listings at their best.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute high-end real estate and networking events.
Operations & Systems: Maintain CRM, manage documents, and streamline backend processes.
Listing Support: Prepare CMAs, attend listing appointments, and oversee pre-market preparations. Qualifications: Who You Are:

• Real estate experience (license preferred or willing to obtain)
