Encore Real Estate Advisors is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder-a critical partner to our top-producing luxury real estate expert. In this role, you'll handle administrative operations, client coordination, and event planning, allowing the principal broker to focus on sales, negotiations, and client relationships. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a highly capable, experienced real estate professional-ideally licensed. If you're not currently licensed but bring strong real estate experience, a willingness to become licensed is preferred, as it will expand your ability to contribute meaningfully to transactions and client care. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $40,000-$50,000 based on experience

Executive Support: Manage the Lead Broker's calendar, communications, and vendor/client coordination.
Client & Transaction Management: Ensure a smooth experience for buyers and sellers from start to finish.
Marketing & Staging: Lead photography, video shoots, and luxury marketing efforts to present listings at their best.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute high-end real estate and networking events.
Operations & Systems: Maintain CRM, manage documents, and streamline backend processes. Qualifications: Who You Are:

• Real estate experience required; license strongly preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Ability to stay steps ahead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy-comfortable with CRMs, MLS, and marketing tools.
• Resourceful and adaptable problem-solver. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000

• Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Support: Prepare CMAs, attend listing appointments, and oversee pre-market preparations.

Compensation:
$40,000-$50,000 per year
