Part-time Executive Virtual Assistant to Founder/CEO
Team Delegate, LLC is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy
Executive Virtual Assistant to directly support our Founder and CEO. This is a part-time, remote contractor role starting at 10-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow over time. As a trusted support partner, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and enabling our CEO to focus on high-level strategy.

Responsibilities: - Maintain confidential files, documents, and information with the highest level of discretion
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, or briefings
- Proactively manage and optimize a busy calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Screen, organize, and respond to emails, flagging priorities and drafting replies as needed
- Anticipate needs and provide thoughtful solutions before problems arise
- Update and format the monthly newsletter using provided content
- Publish and format blog posts with supplied copy
- Create and maintain organized spreadsheets for tracking and analysis
- Assist with planning and technical setup for webinars and virtual events
Key Attributes: - Experienced: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader or business owner
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, project management tools, and CRMs
- Highly Proactive: Takes initiative, thinks ahead, and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Discrete & Trustworthy: Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Thrives on creating order and staying on top of multiple priorities
- Resourceful: Comfortable figuring things out independently and finding creative solutions
Quailitifactions: - At least three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Available during business hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
- A full home office set-up consisting of the following:
- Computer
- Microsoft Office 365
- High-speed Internet access
- Smartphone with e-mail capability
- Computer with webcam
Note: - Please note that this is a 1099 contractor position.
- You will also need to complete a background check prior to contracting with us.
- We're seeking applicants who have availability during normal business hours, which are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. This is not a position that you can do on the side of a full-time job - the work is not project-based.
