Concord Companies, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support one of the company's Partners in managing day-to-day operations, executing strategic initiatives, and driving back-end efficiency. This role involves a mix of administrative support, transaction coordination, and bookkeeping. • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Growth potential Responsibilities: This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Perform all duties with absolute integrity, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
• Manage Partner's schedule, coordinate agendas and prep documents for meetings, and manage minutes
• Coordinate all business travel and itineraries
• Handle bookkeeping for multiple affiliated entities, ensuring accurate records of income and expenses
• Manage the due diligence process for property acquisitions, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation
• Assist with property management invoice approvals
• Summarize monthly operating reports and distribute to investors
• Track and maintain critical data for active and upcoming transactions
• Manage CRM, contacts, leads, rent rolls, lease expirations, and more for the brokerage team
• Draft and audit agreements, contracts, and amendments for transactions
• Create and manage invoices for brokerage commissions
• Prepare and manage expense reports for the Partner and agents Qualifications: We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and loves bringing order to chaos. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to support high-level real estate operations with discretion and professionalism. Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience
• 1+ year of bookkeeping or finance-related experience (or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong file and document management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency
• Technologically savvy and quick to adopt new tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to obtain a real estate license (licensing costs reimbursed) Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or investment firms
• Familiarity with real estate documents (leases, LOIs, PSAs, etc.)
• Experience with Yardi or other real estate-specific CRM platforms
• Social media management skills are a plus
• Comfortable working with driven personalities and high expectations Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
