Wealth Management is a third-generation wealth management and retirement consulting firm. We are looking for a go-getter to lead operations and client service; by improving workflows, organizing & maintaining systems and helping to make sure we are working at our highest potential with maximum efficiency and compliance.
Position Requirements - Genuine care for clients and willing to go above & beyond to provide exceptional service
- Prior experience in wealth management a plus
- Ability to identify and analyze operational issues
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to answer complex questions and resolve non-routine problems
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to be at work on a regular and predictable basis
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience or knowledge of creating and implementing systems, processes, and procedures.
- Skilled in effective verbal and written communications
- Comfortable or Willingness to learn various software programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM Software,Docupace, Adobe, and other various software programs.
- Understand the vision of management and take the initiative to assist implementation
- Positive and professional demeanor
Job Duties/Tasks: This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Formulate, communicate, and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflow systems.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of service and client experience strategies and processes.
- Facilitate identification and resolution of process and service non-conformances
- Complete special projects as assigned
Great Hours: Mon-Thursday 8-4pm Friday 8-3pm
