Synergy Direct is looking for a Senior Level Executive Assistant with proven experience in hospital settings, C Suite executives, and a board of directors.

The right Executive Assistant must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experienced supporting C-suite executives and working with multiple other EAs.
  • Previous experience working with a board of directors is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a large corporate/healthcare environment.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including CoPilot).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team or community of practice.
  • High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and curiosity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
GENERAL SUMMARY

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support to four C-suite executives, ensuring the seamless operation of their day-to-day activities. This role includes managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting agendas and materials, and drafting correspondence. The Senior Executive Assistant will also handle confidential information, make independent decisions, and prioritize tasks based on the executives' goals and preferences.

In addition, the role will involve extensive communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, consultants, and government agency personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing meetings, ensuring executives have the necessary materials in advance, and maintaining an efficient flow of information. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while supporting special projects and organizational objectives.
