Seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing company. The ideal candidate is efficient, detailed oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships. JOB ROLE
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Organizes and maintains files, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
- Maintains events calendar and handles shipping and delivery of trade show materials.
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes. Ensures follow-up actions are taken.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
- Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
- Operates and maintains office equipment and supplies.
- Miscellaneous errands as assigned, including checking the P.O. box for mail a few times a week.
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
- Works closely with other colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Pays close attention to detials.
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
INCLUDED
- Part-time, 20 - 25 hours per week, in our North Hills / Midtown Raleigh office.
- $20 - $24 per hour.
- Mileage reimbursement for work associated errands.
