Executive Assistant - Full-Time On-Site

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events
- Assist with vendor communication, project coordination, and follow-up tasks
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents
- Track deadlines, priorities, and ongoing initiatives to ensure timely execution
- Provide administrative and strategic support on various projects
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or project coordination role within a professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with event planning, vendor coordination, or multi-task project execution
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
