Our client is seeking a tech-savvy, professional, and driven Executive Assistant to join their prestigious department.
As the EA you will be performing complex calendaring, travel arrangements, event coordination, and reporting. This is a highly visible role and requires candidates to have the ability to exercise good judgment with strong written and verbal communication. Responsibilities:
- Complex calendaring with competing priorities
- Coordinating travel arrangements with the best use of time and efficiency to minimize potential travel issues
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
- Creating expense reports
- Handle highly confidential information with an appropriate level of discretion
- Maintain effective and proactive communication with faculty, staff, and administrators as required
- Prepare and edit letters, memos, and other correspondence
- Organize and maintain the workings of the executive's office
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience providing Director-level support
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
