A mission-driven venture capital firm headquartered in the Bay Area is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a General Partner. This hybrid role, based in Palo Alto, requires balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and improving processes to enhance operational excellence. This role not only manages high touch Executive Assistant needs but also offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, support fundraising initiatives, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, inbox organization, strategic meeting preparation, and expense reconciliation.
  • Manage complex global/domestic travel arrangements with accuracy and adaptability.
  • Assist in fundraising initiatives, coordinating strategies, outreach, and campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, fellows, and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Investor Relations to ensure accurate meeting documentation and CRM updates.
  • Handle multiple concurrent tasks, track follow-ups, and provide necessary support to the team.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on engagement efforts, community events, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience within venture capital required
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • High level of collaboration, service orientation, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, and MS Office.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range

$150K - $160K
