Our client is a capital management firm. They seek an Executive Assistant to join their Norwalk, CT office.


Responsibilities

  • Support two executive professionals with calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate complex, multi-destination global travel and manage all related logistics
  • Manage expense reporting and follow-up on restaurant receipts, hotel line-item expenses, etc.
  • Schedule and manage team member phone calls, meetings, and conferences
  • Book in-person meetings for teams, investors, and candidates with relevant details
  • Manage food/beverage orders, conference room availability, and materials for meetings
  • Re-confirm investor/client meeting details with the senior management team in advance
  • Work closely with the HR team to help support candidate interview coordination/scheduling
  • Liaise with the executive administration team to assist with additional projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience providing support to a team
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, articulate, and well-organized
  • Excellent MS Office and Outlook skills
