Our client is a capital management firm. They seek an Executive Assistant to join their Norwalk, CT office.
Responsibilities
- Support two executive professionals with calendar management and meeting coordination
- Coordinate complex, multi-destination global travel and manage all related logistics
- Manage expense reporting and follow-up on restaurant receipts, hotel line-item expenses, etc.
- Schedule and manage team member phone calls, meetings, and conferences
- Book in-person meetings for teams, investors, and candidates with relevant details
- Manage food/beverage orders, conference room availability, and materials for meetings
- Re-confirm investor/client meeting details with the senior management team in advance
- Work closely with the HR team to help support candidate interview coordination/scheduling
- Liaise with the executive administration team to assist with additional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Experience providing support to a team
- Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, articulate, and well-organized
- Excellent MS Office and Outlook skills
