Executive Assistant (40385)
Our client is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a senior leadership team. This role will provide direct support to the President, while also collaborating closely with the broader executive team to ensure smooth operations and execution of key initiatives.
The salary for this position is $70k.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the President/CEO's calendar, appointments, and schedule, ensuring efficient time management.
- Support email inbox management by prioritizing messages, identifying urgent action items, and flagging critical deadlines.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-ups across the executive team.
- Partner with leadership to develop reports, presentations, and materials for internal meetings and board discussions.
- Handle internal and external communications with professionalism, discretion, and timeliness.
- Provide tactical support for ongoing projects and strategic initiatives led by senior leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executive leadership.
- Build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Take ownership of special projects and assignments as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and executive-level matters.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and stakeholders, representing the team with professionalism.
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, board gatherings, and key company events with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting executive-level professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
