Position Details - Title: Executive Assistant
- Start Date: ASAP, Negotiable

- Reports to: Director of Sales
- Wage: $70 - $85k/year
- Employment Status: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt (At-Will)

Responsibilities: Program Oversight - Regular audits of D2D sales reports.
- Weekly coordination with Sales Managers.
- Act as liaison between Fox Marketing (Door to Door) and Fox Pest Control (Operations).
- Tracking projections and reports for sales and recruiting efforts.
- Providing insights on historical data.
Event Administration - Assist in running D2D events year round with our events manager.
- Assist in planning the execution of incentives and program itineraries.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales and Operations.
Special Projects - Assuming ownership on various projects related to the administration of the D2D program.
- Frequent meetings with the director of sales to coordinate on reports and initiatives.
- Design and implement new processes to better coordinate the D2D program.
- Support partners and managers in managing relationships and group dynamics.
- Design and test new content and strategies.
- Develop resources that will scale to the entire program, including improving upon current processes.
What We're Looking For - Someone with a deep passion for working with people. Frequent phone calls and face to face interactions will be required.
- Proficiency with the Google Suite (specifically Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail in writing. Proper grammar, spelling, and the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful relationships.
- A strategic thinker who can turn ideas into action and results.
- A problem-solver who likes to get into the details of an issue. Not afraid to move fast.
- An individual who values receiving feedback and can offer feedback.
- A background in a team-lead position or high-level administrative support is helpful. Previous D2D experience also helps.
