We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite level client in a confidential capacity. This role requires someone who is polished, proactive, and able to anticipate needs, manage sensitive documents, and provide seamless day-to-day support.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the executive calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle confidential and time-sensitive documents related to real estate closings and transactions
Coordinate communications and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support executive with special projects, errands, and ad hoc tasks as needed
Serve as a point of contact in a professional, respectful manner
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Preferred Background:
Experience in banking, legal, or real estate environments (e.g., loan processing, legal paperwork, closings)
Prior experience supporting high-level executives or principals
Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills
