Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other members of the leadership team.
Qualifications And Skills: - Associates Degree preferred or High School Diploma.
- Knowledge of data entry applications as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to refer questions to proper office within the company.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office environment and support staff with projects.
- Knowledge of telephone console operations as applicable to specific job functions.
Responsibilities and duties: - Serve as the primary point of contact for the General Manager, including handling phone calls, emails, calendar schedules and visitors.
- Maintain and update computer databases with personal, financial, and other data.
- Draft, proofread, and manage various forms of correspondence and internal documentation.
- Create and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, conference rooms, and catering.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data needed for office systems.
- Monitor and replenish office supply inventory; place orders as needed.
- Support general office operations and assist other departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
