A New Jersey consumer products company is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join their growing team as their new Executive Assistant. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to members of the company's C-suite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate executive communications
- Arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses
- Plan executive events, meetings, and leadership engagements
- Support IT needs, board portals, and workflow optimization
- Handle confidential matters and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Solid time management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry
- Familiarity with board portal technology
