The Greenwich office of a great asset management company is looking for an Assistant to support a few of their executives. The firm is growing, and they need to add to the support team as a result. It's a great opportunity to work with a great team with a lot of potential for the future.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage calendars including scheduling conference calls, meetings and travel;
- Manage complex travel itineraries including booking flights, transportation, reservations and lodging;
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur including tracking receipts and reimbursements;
- Answer and direct internal and external calls;
- Assist in the preparation of materials including presentations, books, etc.;
- Reserve conference rooms including catering and audio/visual needs;
- Assist with the coordination of firmwide events and activities; and
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as an administrative assistant to high-level managers;
- Highly organized and efficient;
- Teamplayer;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs;
- Excellent judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information; and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
