A multi-billion dollar investment firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their Greenwich CT office. This administrative team member will support 10 people. The firm is in-office Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management
- Meeting planning and preparations
- Travel coordination
- Monthly expense reporting for a team of five
- Edit contact lists
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- 3-7 years preferred experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
