Position Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Student Success Services provides high-level administrative support by managing executive communications, coordinating schedules, overseeing projects, and handling confidential information. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate executive functions and ensure smooth operations within the division of Student Success Services. The Executive Assistant role involves extensive calendar management, preparation of reports and presentations, coordination of high-level meetings, and logistical support for travel and events. Additionally, the Executive Assistant is expected to anticipate the needs of the Vice President, proactively address challenges, and streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency. This position requires high levels of discretion to maintain confidentiality of student and employee information.

Other responsibilities may include coordinating building services, equipment, and maintenance; developing a quarterly newsletter, implementing office processes and procedures; collecting, reconciling, and reviewing complex data and reports; monitoring budgets, contractual accounts, billings, and/or expenditures.

Required Education/Experience

  • Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience providing administrative support services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
