LHH is seeking an Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and communications support to the CEO and the executive leadership team. This role involves interacting with both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism, representing the organization positively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and meetings for the CEO and the executive leadership team as requested. Resolve any scheduling issues and organize complex calendars.
  • Manage a regular internal communications rhythm, including scheduling town hall meetings, business updates, and distributing internal messages.
  • Serve as a professional interface to the board of directors and other external partners.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of organizational objectives.
  • Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Provide overall office management with building management, mail, supplies, and other support as required.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
  • Be responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls, including contact outside normal business hours.
  • Screen incoming calls, take and deliver accurate messages, and refer non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and prepare expense reports.
  • Conserve the Executive's time by researching, collecting, and analyzing information in advance as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
  • 3 years of experience creating communication and presentations for organization-wide distribution.
  • Impeccable professionalism and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organization, administrative, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with people across multiple locations.
  • Ability to interface positively and effectively with people both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems as needed.
