LHH is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will provide high-level support to the Executive Vice President & CEO for a major manufacturing company in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Ensure the CEO is fully prepared with necessary materials and details.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the flow of information with accuracy and discretion.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Help organize company-wide events such as seasonal gatherings and celebrations.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and reservations - including those for incoming board members.
- Report & Document Preparation: Draft and format internal and external documents for the CEO and board of directors.
- Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Administrative Duties: Manage office tasks such as filing, document organization, and inventory of supplies.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, or manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.).
- Familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
