Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description

This role involves supporting the Chief Financial Officer by performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate efficient operations within the department.

Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying and mailing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Handle requests for information and data.
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and schedules.
  • Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Maintain office supply inventories.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and attend meetings as proxy for leadership.
  • Manage calendar to support community events and business development engagement.
  • Complete expense reports for the Finance team.

  • Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.86/hr.
