I'm a Media executive living in Delray Beach and I'm looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to assist me in the sample tasks listed below.
I have a number of projects including: Assisting in the marketing of a screenplay I wrote for a television episodic series; the marketing of a business book that I authored and is published; researching topics and assisting in the development of Power Point presentations for my University guest lectures.
The hours can be flexible and may vary but it will be approximately 5-15 hours weekly. Most of the work can be done from your home.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Resourceful
2. Computer Literate
3. Tech-Savvy: I-phones, computers, smart TV's, printers, etc.
4. Good people skills
5. Experienced as a Personal Assistant- important but not mandatory
6.Good knowledge of Delray Beach and South Florida
7.Must be able to commute to Delray at least twice a month for an in person meeting
SAMPLE TASKS TO BE COMPLETED:
1. Assist in various business projects (listed ABOVE)
2. Set up personal and business appointments.
3. Help set up travel/ social/ dinner reservations, etc.
4. Assist in various errands.
5. Provide a Weekly List of events and interesting things to do for networking and meeting people.
COMPENSATION: $20 per hour with quarterly increases based on performance
