Position Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-time, On-site Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Compensation: $90,000 $100,000 base
Position Summary A private investment firm headquartered in Dallas is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to three senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This individual must thrive in a traditional, high-performance office environment and demonstrate long-term commitment to their role.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize competing demands

Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including air, hotel, and ground transportation

Prepare meeting materials such as briefing documents, bios, and firm overviews

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Manage internal and external event logistics including board meetings and investor events

Track and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner

Provide website updates and manage firm presence on LinkedIn and other marketing platforms

Serve as a liaison with investors, portfolio companies, and key stakeholders

Collaborate closely with a peer Executive Assistant and provide backup front desk coverage as needed
Candidate Profile -
Experience: 3 15 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in private equity, investment banking, or professional services

Education: Bachelor s degree preferred; strong academic performance will be verified (transcripts required). Exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Professionalism: Highly polished demeanor (client-facing), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and sound judgment

Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM (Salesforce) and virtual conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex)
