A client of The Intersect Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to add to their team. This person will be translating documents from Japanese to English and vice versa, along with general administrative duties for executives at the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide language translation support from English to Japanese and vice versa.
- Maintain and organize legal documents.
- Maintain and schedule President calendar.
- Liaison between President and all direct reports/department under his supervision.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the President and others.
- Generate/consolidate a variety of presentations and reports (daily, monthly)
- Screens telephone calls for President.
- Arrange meetings, lunches, and dinners.
- Prepare expense reports for President and other Executive Staff.
- Travel, attend and assist at trade shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in relevant field of study.
- Experience providing administrative support for executive staff.
- Excellent Japanese and English skills at a level of provide translation support with knowledge of business and technical language.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Good judgement and common sense
- Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal - skills to be able to work with personnel at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Open to travel.
