Summary:
This job is primarily responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of CHST policies and practices in support of an executive.

Responsibilities:
Assist executive with the administrative aspects of personnel management which may include processing timesheets, Payroll Notifications, Requests for Personnel and counseling documents; ensure compliance with Administrative, Human Resources and department policies and procedures as well as Joint Commission standards, employee education standards and employee health checks.
Assist executive in the development and monitoring of the capital budget for their respective areas of control. This includes assisting with other financial processes and projects; prepare correspondence and reports requiring some understanding of technical matters; and respond to routine and non-routine inquiries using standardized policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as required in support of the executive.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years 5-7 years of secretarial or other relevant experience, preferably in a hospital environment Required

Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant - Preferred

EDUCATION
Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Required
