If you have strong communication, analytical, attention to detail, technical, and problem-solving skills, this role is for you. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This role requires strong business acumen, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will span business strategy, project management, stakeholder engagement, and essential administrative tasks.



Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, monitor key business metrics, and ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Conduct industry research, analyze data, and deliver insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, optimizing time for critical meetings, events, and travel.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Serve as the CEO's primary liaison, handling communications, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Lead and oversee strategic projects, tracking progress, managing deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and briefing materials for both internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal teams, board members, and external partners.
  • Work with industry professionals to identify top talent and support the CEO's presence at key networking events.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies managing media opportunities, coordinating speaking engagements, and representing the CEO at industry forums.


Qualifications:


  • At least 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Operations Specialist, or a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a talent for handling multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong business insight, with the ability to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Self-starter mindset anticipating needs and taking initiative to address them.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Unwavering discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information.
