SEM is a reputable Electronics Recycling Services company seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant (Travel & Translation Required) to support our CEO.
Job Summary:
Create business client relations, provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, manage schedules, coordinate travel, and act as a translator during business trips. This role requires frequent domestic and travel.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate CEO's calendar and travel logistics.
Handle communication and prepare documents for client services.
Provide on-site support during business travel.
Translate during meetings, negotiations and engagements (English & Chinese required).
Manage expenses and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements Qualifications:
Proven Executive Assistant, translator/interpreter experience. Sales knowledge is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills in business setting .
Fluency in English & Chinese and translation ability.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel frequently (USA domestic mainly).
Valid travel documents, passport and ability to obtain visas.
