UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE CCS Fundraising is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant, to support our Central US leadership team. This individual will be instrumental in supporting one to two senior-level executives, coordinating select events and providing administrative support that enhances team productivity and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Partnership/Support (90%)
- Manage the complex calendars of two executives including making strategic recommendations and decisions when necessary
- Arrange for all logistical needs including travel and meeting preparations
- Prepare and submit prompt and accurate expense- and time tracking- reports
- Identify and implement process/workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency including leading and facilitating weekly internal meetings to draw connections between other strategy and operations functions and lines of work
- Serve as a strategic partner to advance executive business development efforts
- Communicate proactively and anticipate needs
- Build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Engage with CCS's and the executives' portfolios to understand the broader goals and seek opportunities to connect information and draw insights (including, but not limited to, key prospects, leads, active clients, and strategic priorities)
- Act as the executive's primary point of contact and trusted administrative advisor
Additional Office/Administrative Support (10%)
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including copying, scanning, binding, mailing, couriering, and other general office tasks
- Provide and receive backup support within the Executive Partnerships team, stepping in for other Executive Assistants during PTO or high-volume periods, and receiving coverage as needed
- Actively pursue continuous learning and development opportunities related to this role
QUALIFICATIONS - Prior experience providing executive support
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom (all are required) with the ability to become familiar with firm-wide specific programs and software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Self-starter able to drive activity in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 25 pounds as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with NetSuite, Hubspot, and/or Navan a plus

SALARY RANGE: $60k - $80k
The exact salary varies within range based on years of relevant experience and education.
