About the Role - An SEC registered, multifamily office seeks an assistant to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. The assistant will provide professional administrative support to executive leadership and ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Responsibilities include:
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, directing phone calls etc.
Organize appointments and keep calendar/schedule
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to visitors
Handle multiple projects
Book and assist with extensive travel arrangements
Requirements:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, self-starter
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
College Degree Required
