Harvard Chabad is seeking a motivated, articulate, and confident Executive Assistant for our fast-paced and mission-driven organization. In this role you'll be the President's right hand, removing the burden of administrative detail, and helping to promote and advance the vision and priorities of Harvard Chabad. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you'll help to foster relationships with key stakeholders: board members, donors, students, and alumni. To be successful you'll also need to be a self-starter, asking the right questions to execute new opportunities that will help our organization grow. We'll look to you to continually re-prioritize important work, address things quickly, and pivot seamlessly when necessary.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Work with the President to set priorities and corresponding operational plans
Proactively ensure the President is well organized, and can run in an effective manner
Draft compelling and clear presentations, talking points, and memos as needed
Conduct planning activities (i.e. compile pre-read materials, etc.) in preparation for events, meetings, and engagements, and develop action items and relevant follow-up plans
Support the President on board meeting preparation and action items
Contribute ideas, and both support and take on special projects that will help the organization grow
Support budget development and oversight

Critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively compile, evaluate, and synthesize information to provide recommendations as needed
Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google suite
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and/or weekends

Harvard Chabad is the non-profit parent organization for four active student centers, a community center, and a thriving preschool. It is responsible and oversees many weekly programs, frequent social events, academic lectures, classes, volunteer opportunities, and much more.

Education:
Bachelor's degree (or comparable work experience) Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience required (demonstrated experience working with executive-level staff preferred)
