Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- Directly support one c-level executive with areas below:
- Calendar management and scheduling, comfortable managing a fast-paced and quickly changing calendar
- Collaborate with others regarding scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Managing email inbox, ensuring high priority items aren't missed, drafting responses as needed
- Working closely with other departments for approvals and sign offs related to budgets
- Process expense reimbursements
Experience Preferred
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, comfortable working with C Level executives with strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of organization
