The Muncey Group is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our founder and lead agent. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that every detail of the client experience, listing process, and leadership support is handled with accuracy, care, and intention. You'll manage the founder's calendar, communications, and priorities with foresight and discretion, while also playing a hands-on role in listing preparation, brand-aligned communication, and seamless coordination across our team and client base. You'll be a central force behind the scenes-ensuring the details are handled, the presentation is impeccable, and the people we serve feel supported every step of the way. Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support
• Own the founder's calendar and communications protecting time, managing priorities, and ensuring he's always prepared and focused on what matters most
• Serve as a clear-thinking partner in organizing, prioritizing, and following through on strategic initiatives and key relationships
• Act as a trusted liaison between the founder, team, and clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication at every turn Client Experience & Relationship Support
• Serve as a warm, polished point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and valued throughout their journey
• Coordinate memorable post-closing moments and ongoing touchpoints that keep relationships strong
• Champion a client-first mindset and ensure every interaction reflects our signature service and attention to detail Listing & Marketing Coordination
• Oversee listing prep with care and precision-scheduling stagers, cleaners, photographers, and ensuring everything is ready on time and on brand
• Write and refine listing descriptions, showing notes, and marketing materials that are clear, compelling, and aligned with our voice
• Collaborate with our team to make sure every listing and showing experience feels elevated, thoughtful, and seamless Project & Detail Management
• Track action items and deadlines across multiple transactions, client needs, and internal priorities
• Ensure nothing slips through the cracks-keeping communication clear, calendars aligned, and documents accurate

• Prior experience as an executive assistant or senior-level administrative professional
• Background in real estate, client service, marketing, or luxury hospitality is a plus
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
• Strong writing and editing abilities Comfort with Google Workspace, digital tools, and scheduling platforms Compensation: $65,000- $85,000

Compensation:
$65,000-$85,000 per year
