Vaco Boston is currently working with a private equity firm in Boston looking to hire an Executive Assistant for a member of their leadership team. The Executive Assistant will handle professional and personal tasks, such as calendar organization, presentation support, travel booking, and more.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support to company executive
- Use organization skills in order to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and more
- Manage communications including emails, calendars, and phone calls
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and information flow
- Available outside of 9-5 hours
Qualifications:- Prior EA experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience booking and managing travel
