We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic and fast-paced Partner/ Financial Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily executive-level administrative support to the Financial Advisor, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and client communications.
- Prepare and process account paperwork, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with client onboarding.
- Act as a liaison between clients, custodians, and internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assist in tracking account activity, generating reports, and preparing materials for client meetings.
- Manage CRM updates, client records, and file organization with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle special projects and tasks as needed to support business growth and client service.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - and a high level of professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive mindset - someone who anticipates needs and takes initiative without being asked.
- FINRA Series 7/66 licenses are a bonus but not required.
