Executive Assistant to High-Performance Owner -

We're looking for an elite Executive Assistant who doesn't just manage tasks - you run point on protecting time, streamlining decisions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Outcomes You Own:1. Calendar & Priority Management
- Own the Executive's calendar and optimize it for efficiency - schedule only meetings that matter and include buffers that protect the workflow.
- Create and maintain the schedule, book travel, and coordinate events - to ensure uninterrupted flow.
2. Communication Gatekeeping & Follow-Through
- Filter noise. Triage emails, phone calls, and social media messages - and reply with clarity and professionalism.
- Be the point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders - know what to say, when to say it, and who needs to know it.
3. Sales & Customer Success Support
- Assist with outbound account calls, customer check-ins, and promotion of exclusive offers.
- Monitor customer experience metrics and report on lead indicators (calls, conversions, pipeline).
- Generate and edit sales orders, and follow up on action items that move the needle.
4. Meeting & Project Execution
- Prep documents, KPIs, and agendas in advance.
- Attend key meetings, capture notes, and track commitments until they are completed.
- Help move projects forward with tools like Basecamp, Slack, and M365.
5. People Ops Support (Hiring & Onboarding)
- Screen candidates and create shortlist summaries for interviews.
- Attend interviews, take notes, and coordinate the next steps until the right candidate is hired.
6. Events, Travel, and Offsite Logistics
- Own planning for all travel, including retreats, conferences, and high-touch client experiences.
- Ensure every detail is anticipated - from airport pickups to meeting arrangements.
7. Inbox-to-Execution Problem Solver
- Spot inefficiencies, delegate tasks to the appropriate stakeholders, and identify operational bottlenecks- take ownership without needing to be asked.
- Build and refine systems that save the Operator time and increase team momentum.

- Master of calendar jiu-jitsu , project tracking, and time optimization
- Professional writing and communication - you can draft, edit, and speak on behalf of the Executive
- Strategic mindset for operational improvement, system enhancement, and executive-level discretion
