About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiencies across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys optimizing workflows, supporting teams, and improving internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document existing workflows across departments (e.g., sales, operations, customer service).
- Collaborate with department leads to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new SOPs and track adoption.
- Assist with the roll-out of tools and systems that enhance automation and collaboration.
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and mail handling.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and general (non-sales) inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Maintain an organized and collaborative workspace.
- Provide support for HR processes including onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage calendars, team schedules, and internal communications.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems.
- Keep updated logs of improvement initiatives and key performance metrics.
- Prepare progress summaries and dashboards to communicate the impact of changes.
- Assist with compliance documentation and policy updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in operations, administration, or a related coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with process improvement and digital tools.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment is a plus.
