Executive Assistant 25-35 hours/week Hybrid (Atlanta-based preferred)
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a busy leader of a dynamic family office. This is a part-time role (25-35 hours/week) with a flexible schedule. While much of the work can be done remotely, the ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta and available for occasional in-person meetings or errands when needed.
This role blends traditional executive assistant duties with hands-on project coordination and light financial administration. It touches both personal and professional spheres and requires someone who is equally comfortable booking travel and managing calendars as they are tracking project deliverables, filing tax documentation, and wrangling to-do lists in Notion or Asana.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Handle travel planning, reservations, and itineraries
Process and organize documents, correspondence, and emails
Provide light personal support, including household admin tasks, errands (as needed), and family logistics
Project & Task Management Track multiple personal and business projects in Notion, Asana, or a similar tool
Maintain up-to-date to-do lists and follow-ups across domains
Help manage recurring and one-off commitments (e.g. subscriptions, renewals, deadlines)
Keep track of outstanding payments or receipts related to various initiatives
Financial & Compliance Administration Coordinate and file annual real estate tax payments
Manage annual compliance filings for real estate holdings
File healthcare reimbursement claims and maintain related records
Maintain spreadsheets for expenses, tax documents, and payments
Liaise with accountants, attorneys, and other service providers when needed
What We're Looking For Atlanta-based preferred; hybrid role with occasional in-person needs
5+ years of relevant experience supporting a senior executive or entrepreneur
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Proficient in Notion, Asana, or other task/project management tools (bonus if ADHD-friendly.)
Strong spreadsheet and document management skills
Ability to work independently and handle a wide range of responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable navigating both personal and professional matters
Work Environment & Flexibility This is a part-time role with a flexible weekly schedule
Most tasks can be done remotely, with some in-person needs in the Atlanta area
Compensation is competitive and based on experience
