Job Title: Executive Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Hybrid - Required to be In-office 3 days per week) Must be LOCAL.

Pay: $45-52/hour

Schedule: Full time, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, providing key administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling special projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment with the potential to transition into a permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to a C-level executive, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and meeting business objectives.
  • Scheduling & Travel: Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and organize travel logistics.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, arrange facilities, manage tech needs, and take minutes for key executive meetings.
  • Project Support: Assist in the management of special projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and other communications.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teams across the business to facilitate projects and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Logistics & Office Management: Coordinate office operations and assist with event planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of executive-level administrative experience (C-level preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
