Purpose of the Role You'll partner closely with our executives, providing proactive and strong operational support. You will need to handle a wide range of administrative support tasks and juggle diverse responsibilities while ensuring our executives' time and priorities are optimized. This role will support up to three Officers on our executive team and plays a critical role in driving efficiency, organization, and effectiveness across the business. Additionally, there will be system and project coordination as well as coworker meeting and event support on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities - Heavy calendar management - manage meetings, travel, time out of office, key company meetings, and special events while prioritizing based on executive and company goals.
- Plan and coordinate events for company coworkers including creation and distribution of invitations/calendar appointments, agendas, and meeting materials, and manage logistics.
- Event coordinator for select coworker events such as team lunches, coworker appreciation events, etc.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other team/company-wide messages; make independent decisions regarding level of priority and delegate when appropriate.
- Monitor, respond to, and distribute individual and group communications.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately and on time
- Develop and assist with the preparation of presentation materials and executive summaries.
- Exercise a high level of discretion, maturity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and thorough completion.

Education and Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Coursework or related experience in business, accounting, or finance is a plus but not required.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $50K-$70K annually, based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus, tied to both individual and company performance.

Logistics: Pampered Chef follows a hybrid work model at our headquarters in Addison, IL. Employees are expected to be onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Generally, you can come in earlier or leave later pending your schedule to add up to a full time work week, but you are expected to be in the office for core meeting hours from 9-4pm.
