Summary: The Executive Assistant III provides administrative and clerical support to an individual in leadership. To provide administrative and clerical support to the president and department leadership. Responsibilities include routine clerical support as well as producing reports and presentations utilizing various graphic and spreadsheet software applications, coordination and support of regular meetings, special projects and events, meeting minutes and written and/or verbal communication with a wide range of individuals both internal and external to the company and system.
Education & Experience:
- Required: High School or equivalent required.
- Must have 4 years of experience in a secretarial position and/or secretarial training course.
- Must have knowledgeable and/or experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other PC applications.
- Must be able to type at least 70 words per minute.
- Able to perform job duties with minimum direction and supervision, self-motivated, energetic, confident, good communicator and able to represent executives in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.
