Temporary Executive Assistant - Long-Term Role


Company: Confidential Leading Global E-Commerce Firm

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday

Start: ASAP

Pay: $30.00/hr


Our client, a global e-commerce firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join their Legal Department for the next nine months. This is a great opportunity to showcase your strong administrative and organization skills while ensuring your executive's day runs smoothly. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys being a true right-hand to a busy executive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Vice President of Labor & Employment in the Legal Department.
  • Manage a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling.
  • Prioritize amidst a large influx of information and requests, ensuring urgency is appropriately assigned.
  • Monitor and track VP's meetings, priorities, and emails.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Handle all administrative support functions for the office.
  • Manage multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely follow-up, preparation, and documentation for the VP.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs).
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to make smart and timely decisions.
  • React quickly to situations requiring immediate response or turnaround.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to shift priorities at a moment's notice.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor when dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
  • At least two years of college required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
