About the Company - We are seeking a talented, proactive, and experience Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and supporting the business infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and executive support. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities and building relationships across the team.
About the Role - Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred, Associates degree required
- Must have at least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a C-Suite level administrative position as well as office management experience
- Experience with planning employee events preferred
- High integrity combined with experience handling confidential matters with discretion
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, high priority projects with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Manage inventory and ordering of office and kitchen related supplies. Order and manage all snacks, refreshments, and catering for the team.
- Assist various staff with ad hoc administrative projects, as needed Administrative Support
- Serve as the primary scheduler for the CEO, helping to manage their calendar and travel arrangements, as needed.
- Provide scheduling support to the team on an as needed basis for group meetings, board meetings, travel, and conferences
- Support CEO with expense reporting
- Arrange travel or support travel planning for staff
- Provide support for talent related activities - onboarding, offboarding and recruiting. Support onboarding of new employees as it relates to technology, building access and office set-up.
