Job Summary The Executive Administrator is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive fundraising program to ensure that the program is able to raise funds to meet key foundation initiatives. This position's responsibilities will include financial reconciliation, budget management, corporate and foundation relations, major gifts, endowment, capital campaigns, and alumni and community relations efforts.
This position reports to the Executive Director of the Education Foundation; and may exercise functional and technical supervision over clerical staff and substitute employees.

The District application covering relevant knowledge, skills, abilities and experience will be evaluated on a job-related basis to determine qualifications for the position. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications in order to be eligible for hire. Applications will not be considered if all documents requested ard not attached.
EXAM INFORMATION:
Candidates who successfully pass screening and have submitted all required documents will proceed to an exam scheduled for December 4, 2024.
An additional confirmation of exam date, time, location, and further details will be provided to candidates who are invited to move on in the process after initial screening.
Candidates must pass the exam with a score of 70% or higher in order to be considered for oral board interviews, also scheduled for December 4, 2024.
Candidates must pass oral board interviews in order to be considered for a hiring interview.
Candidates will be notified if any changes are made to the recruitment timeline.
