Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our team. The Executive Administrative/Personal Assistant will perform a variety of diverse, often confidential, clerical and administrative duties and related projects in support of the Executive Team and their respective departments. Performs work under limited supervision. Handles complex issues and problems.

Responsibilities - Proactively serves as assistant to the Executive Team to enable effective prioritization, time management and execution of duties.
- Schedules meetings and events by coordinating with outside parties and venues. (Resolves meeting conflicts. Coordinates appointments across time zones to ensure executive availability.)
- Handles special administrative projects, such as business proposals and document preparation.
- Schedules and confirms appointments, arranges meetings, and rooms, and coordinates and arranges domestic/international travel.
- Processes paperwork and obtains appropriate approvals in a timely manner.
- Develops and prepares visual aids such presentations, charts, and graphs for presentations at high level meetings.
- Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records. Maintains control files of matters in progress and expedites their completion.
- May respond to and resolve corporate policy related inquiries and questions in absence of the Executive Team.
- May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others.
- Handles sensitive information in a professional, confidential manner.
- Regular attendance in the workplace is required for interaction with the Executive Team and others to support teamwork.
- Arranges catering for onsite and offsite meetings.
- Support both business and personal tasks, including transportation as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications: - Associate's Degree is recommended.
- Four or more years of office-related experience with at least two years of experience assisting a professional or executive is required.
Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Work Location: This position will be based at our headquarters in Norwich, NY and is not a remote position.
