Job Description

We are looking for a talented EXECUTIVE SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL to join our team, specializing in administrative and operational assistance for our Chief Information Officer (CIO) in Nashville, TN.

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of all IT functions. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CIO, including administrative, communication, and project management tasks.

The Executive Assistant will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role may require occasional overtime and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The position is based in the corporate office, with potential for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Administrative Support
  • Manage the CIO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage conferences, events, and external meetings on behalf of the Information Technology Leadership Team.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist with expense reports and budget tracking.
Communication Management
  • Act as a liaison between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Draft and review communications.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication within the information technology department and across other departments.
Project Management
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Meeting Coordination
  • Organize and prepare agendas for executive meetings
  • Record meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Hybrid role - expect 3 days per week in office

Base salary range: $73,206 to $81,338/year ( Hourly Role)

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
