Position Summary The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Hirsch. This role is critical in enabling the CRO to effectively develop and execute the company's global sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence in the physical security technology sector. The Executive Assistant will manage a dynamic calendar, coordinate international meetings and travel, support project tracking and sales operations, and assist with communications and presentations related to key initiatives, including channel partnerships, regional sales, and business development. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Executive Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CRO.
  • Manage the CRO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for key meetings.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the CRO when appropriate.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Administrative Management
  • Oversee daily office operations to support the CRO's workflow and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
  • Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation for the CRO's office.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications and manage executive follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking systems for performance metrics related to revenue and business development.
Project Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects, coordinating efforts with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, preparing analytics, and synthesizing information.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the CRO and senior leadership, as well as key clients and partners.
  • Coordinate events, including client meetings, internal team sessions, and industry engagements.
Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level support in a global, fast-paced organization-preferably within the technology or security solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and contributing to the success of international sales or revenue-generating teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities; capable of prioritizing and executing multiple high-priority tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable drafting executive-level correspondence and preparing materials for leadership meetings.
  • Experience in the physical or electronic security sector is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a strategic mindset, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
